Our purpose

Healthy Food for a Healthy Life

100% Gluten Free

Gluten contains DMO’s that are harmful to your health, even if you don’t have an allergy to gluten. Being gluten-free will support a healthy lifestyle for anyone!

Organic

Organic is expensive, but worth it! We source organic whenever possible, for only the healthiest and most nutritious food possible for you and your family.

Seed Oil Free

Even “healthy” foods have seed oils these days, which are highly processed, high in trans-fats, cause oxidative stress, and disease. We work hard to use alternatives such as Avocado, Coconut oil and Grass-Fed Butter.

Local is Better

That is why much of our produce and ingredients are sourced from local organic farms and artisan vendors in Texas.

Pesticides and Herbicides are Bad for You and Our Planet

That is why we opt for organic in all things we do. We are about 80% organic, with all produce being organic, all the time.

Pastured is Better for the Planet and the Animals

That is why we use pastured meats and eggs.

We Support Your Lifestyle and Diet

Paleo, Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, Healthy Eater, Foodie…this is what we do. We support your diet while keeping it delicious and sustainable for our earth.

GIVE BACK MISSION & PARTNERSHIP

Mountain Gateway is a mission organization rooted in Dripping Springs, Texas, founded by Britt and Audrey Hancock, who have been devoted to full-time ministry since 1989. Their mission is to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to remote and challenging places, driven by the belief that no one should live or die without the hope of Jesus. Through their Training Academy in Dripping Springs, Mountain Gateway equips missionaries to follow God’s call—no matter the cost—and extends their work across several Latin American countries to preach the Gospel and see lives transformed. Nectarine, a local restaurant, now occupies the space that once housed Mountain Gateway’s coffee shop, Rootline. While Rootline has closed, its legacy lives on through Nectarine’s commitment to community and purpose. By sharing profits with Mountain Gateway, Nectarine helps advance the ministry’s efforts to bring the Gospel to those who are lost and hurting.

“Rootline was created to bring light to our community and make a global impact, and we’re thrilled to see that vision carried forward through Nectarine. We’re so grateful for the role this business plays in supporting Mountain Gateway’s mission and are excited to see how God continues to work through it to expand His Kingdom.”
